Banking Associate
Job Responsibilities include build new and maintain existing customer relationships resulting in outcomes that define great customer experiences; perform operational accounting support; analyzing and reviewing documents for accuracy; investigating transaction to resolve client questions and applying corrective action when necessary; and develop, maintain and support the sale of banking products and services.
Qualifications include highly motivated; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organization and time management skills; strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required; self-starter and assertive; proficient arithmetical skills; and listens effectively and responds appropriately.
Normal working hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and approximately one Saturday morning per month. Excellent benefit package including paid holiday and personal leave time, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and 401k profit sharing plan.
